This gin is made as a London Dry. This mean that all is done in one distallation, and only water is added to get the right ALC %. No filtration is done. This London Dry's foundation is crafted on the 4 gin queens: Juniper, Angelcia root, Orris root and Coriander Seed + Lemon Peel. This gives a Juniper nose and taste in beginning and end with a citrus note.

And from Batch 2 no added sucker, only sweetened with botanicals in distillation process. this London Dry's foundation is crafted on the 4 gin queens: Juniper, Angelica root, Orris root and Coriander Seed + Orange Peel. This gives a Juniper nose and taste in beginning and end with a citrus note.

Palate: Taste of juniper, licorice root, almonds and star anise, with hints of citrus in the finish

This gin is made as a London Dry. This mean that all is done in one distillation, and only water is added to get the right ALC %. No filtration is done. She is strong 58,2%, same as the latitude of our head quarter on the juniper Island Saaremaa. In many ways a traditional gin with Juniper, Angelica root and Coriander Seed + Orange Peel. This gives a Juniper nose and taste in beginning and end with a citrus note.

Gindome Ambrosia Gin

On top of Gindome foundation, layers of beautiful Mediterranean botanicals are added before the distilling process starts. The red color is natural and added after distillation. It is made by Roman Beet and Italian Strawberries, resulting in a fresh and amazing red colour. Ambrosia is dry enough for classic cocktails and adventurous enough for new creations.

Botanicals: Juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, orris root, grape, balsamic vinegar, pomegranates, strawberries, basil, aloe vera, orange, fennel, figs, liquorice root, nutmeg and hazelnuts.

Nose: Aroma of pomegranate, strawberry and basil

Palate: Red berries, round with good length.

Colour: Red / red-pink
